Dealership-provided transaction information used to generate review requests (customer name, contact channel, transaction type and department, and Google review link), dealership account and billing information, and website usage data collected through analytics, where enabled.

3. How information is used

To generate and send customer review requests on behalf of a dealership, to produce dealer reporting, to operate and improve the service, and to meet legal and contractual obligations.

4. Consent and dealership responsibility

5. Data retention and security

6. Opt-out and suppression

Customers may unsubscribe from email requests or reply STOP to SMS requests at any time. Suppressed contacts are excluded from future requests.
